Summary An Inside Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining, identifying and growing the customer base, providing consistent and superior customer service, increasing sales and margin, and following up on all accounts.

Responsibilities

Provide timely, accurate, and complete project quotations.

Provide accurate project management of project orders.

Serve multiple customer types including contractors, government, commercial, and industrial.

Negotiate pricing and terms with project vendors and customers.

Enter orders for different jobs for different customers.

Set up certain customers on blankets.

Follow up on product deliveries.

Assist counter with sales.

Maintain courtesy and politeness toward customers.

Multi‑task and prioritize tasks throughout the day.

Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

High School or GED.

1–2 years counter experience – electrical distribution industry preferred.

Solid customer service background.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite – Eclipse knowledge preferred.

Good and dependable math, verbal, and written communication skills.

Reliable, responsible, and a great work ethic.
