Job Title: Associate
Work Timings: Core Business Hours Description
We are seeking a motivated Associate to drive sales, increase revenue, and build strong client relationships. In this role, you will collaborate with recruiters to fulfill job orders while working closely with business stakeholders, leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure effective project execution. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain client relationships to generate sales and revenue. Conduct prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Generate and manage job orders from intake to fulfilment. Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn) to track activities and manage business growth. Work cross-functionally to support hiring needs across different business units. Good to have
Customer/Candidate Focus Results Oriented. Communicates Effectively and delivers written and verbal communication. Planning & Prioritization Decision Making Collaboration Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or 0 to 18 months technology sales or staffing experience required. Active member of the IT community, networking groups a plus. Location
In office. Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval. Travel Requirements:
Less than 5% (almost no travel)
