Position Summary:
An Early Intervention agency is seeking multiple Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) and professionals licensed in Special Education (Birth–2) to provide one‑on‑one, ABA‑style early intervention services to children under the age of 3 with autism. Services are delivered in home‑based and daycare settings. This role is ideal for compassionate providers who are passionate about early childhood development and enjoy working closely with young children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized, one‑on‑one early intervention services using ABA‑style techniques
Work with children under age 3 diagnosed with autism
Deliver services in home and daycare environments
Collaborate with families to support developmental goals
Maintain consistency by working in one primary location per case
Complete required documentation and progress notes in a timely manner
Qualifications
LMSW license or Master’s degree with licensure in Special Education (Birth–2)
Experience working with young children preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for early intervention and child development
Ability to work independently and reliably
