Position Summary As a Car Wash Associate, you’ll be responsible for preparing, guiding, and loading vehicles into the tunnel, ensuring that the location is equipped with clean towels and that all equipment is functioning properly while providing excellent customer experience. This role requires a keen ability to anticipate customer needs, build lasting relationships, and maintain a strong focus on safety. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, multitasking and adapting to change.
Essential Duties / Tasks / Responsibilities
Service vehicles with bug spray while guiding them into the wash tunnel
Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness such as sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, and/or minor landscaping work as directed by leadership
Assist customers with any request to enhance their experience
Exceed customer expectations by being friendly and handling vehicles with extreme care

Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
Flexibility: Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions
Schedule: Ability to work a flexible, full‑time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Primarily work outdoors
Exposure to heat, cold, rain, and wind
Moderate to high noise levels from equipment and vehicles
Frequent interaction and collaboration with colleagues and customers
High pace, especially during peak hours
Physical Activity
Prolonged periods of standing and walking
Manual tasks and operating equipment
Stamina and endurance throughout the shift

Paid sick time in accordance with state law
Referral Program with $150 payout
Pay Transparency Base Pay: $15.50–$16.50 per hour (weekly pay). The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience and geographic location.
