GREAT ENTRY LEVEL OPPORTUNITY!! You will provide clerical and administrative support to the branch office, working closely with the management and technician team.
Job Responsibilities
Assist owner is daily office tasks
Positive attitude
Serve as the main point of contact for all service inquiries from our customers
Serve as a point of contact for technicians and dispatch in accordance with the order/scheduled work orders for the day.
Complete daily billing for branch office, ensuring all customers are charged in accordance with individual contracts.
Order parts and track shipments.
Provide administrative/clerical assistance during large and small projects, including maintenance of schedules and project spreadsheets.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
Ability to stay focused in a fast paced, fluid environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $17/hr.
