NO Late Nights
As a
Bistro Server/Attendant , you will be instrumental in creating a friendly and inviting experience for Touchmark residents and guests. Your duties will include such tasks as greeting residents by name, answering questions about the menu, taking orders, preparing orders using the tools provided in our bistro, making/serving lattes and other beverages including alcoholic beverages, and ensuring that the Bistro is clean, attractive, and operating smoothly. You will also support the resident dining room as a server, may also serve during special events, and catered functions that take place at our community.
The ideal candidate will:
Be committed to and passionate about quality standards and customer service
Must be at least 18 yrs old to comply with South Dakota state laws
Server and barista experience a plus
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with all residents, guests and team members
Possess a valid food handler’s card
Be willing to obtain certification with ServeSafe Alcohol - we will pay for the training!
Basic computer knowledge and experience
Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
Have a genuine interest in working in a role that directly impacts the lives of seniors
