Our needs We have immediate openings in our Dallas and Houston offices for Senior Level Landscape Architects with Team Leadership and Project Management experience.

bachelor’s degree or higher in landscape architecture, architecture, or urban design (master’s degree preferred but not required)

minimum of 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or planning, with a proven track record in leadership and project management

experience successfully managing clients, complex projects, and design teams

strong graphic skills, including proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and graphics programs

ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce high-quality work

comfort speaking at public meetings and to small groups

experience facilitating work sessions with groups of various sizes
