As an Automotive Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Sell new and used vehicles to customers Provide exceptional customer service to all clients Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business Meet and exceed sales targets and goals Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends Conduct test drives with customers Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong negotiation skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Valid driver's license and clean driving record The ability to read and comprehend instructions. Excellent communication and customer relation skills. Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations governing retail sales in the state of Colorado. Knows and understands equity and values, and is able to explain depreciation to the customer. Ability to foster harmony and teamwork with the Sales Department and other departments. Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in products. Ability to resolve all disputes and difficulties with professionalism and composure. Basic computer skills. Be able to study and pass the Sales Mastery Exam through the state of Colorado.
