Drive our brand across all content channels as a hands‑on Marketing Communications Coordinator. You’ll create, publish and analyze social, email, blog and PR content, build marketing assets, capture customer stories and support events.
Base Pay Range $55,000.00
–
$60,000.00 per year
What You’ll Do Content & Social
Plan, create and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more
Write and edit blog posts, short‑form content and thought leadership pieces
Build and manage content calendars to stay consistent and on‑brand
Monitor engagement and support basic community interaction
Track performance and help build simple analytics reports
Email Marketing
Create and send newsletters and campaign emails
Write strong copy and build clean layouts that drive engagement
Maintain lists, segment audiences and support list growth
Media Creation (Design + Video)
Create branded images, short videos, reels and basic animations
Produce graphics for social, email, blogs, case studies and events
Maintain consistent brand style and look
PR, Community & Brand
Draft and distribute press releases and company announcements
Support PR outreach and track brand mentions
Help plan and promote community/charity initiatives
Support internal initiatives such as an employee social media group
Sales Enablement & Marketing Materials
Create and update collateral: case studies, one‑pagers, flyers, decks and service sheets
Gather input from internal teams and turn it into polished materials
Customer Stories & Testimonials
Visit customers to gather feedback and identify success stories
Capture quotes, reviews, photos and video testimonials (where permitted)
Events
Assist with trade show planning, prep and logistics
Occasionally attend events, capture content and support post‑event marketing
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in marketing, communications, social media or content creation
Strong writing skills (clear, engaging, adaptable)
Comfortable creating basic graphics and short‑form video
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Collaborative, self‑motivated and proactive
Comfortable representing the company professionally (customer visits + events)
Nice to Have
Canva or similar design tools
Video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
HubSpot email marketing experience
WordPress publishing experience
Basic SEO knowledge
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Establish a consistent content cadence across social + blog
Publish high‑quality social content consistently during the workweek
Build a repeatable workflow for email newsletters
Begin collecting customer stories/testimonials
Improve the quality and consistency of marketing visuals and collateral
