About Jwanaix Group Jwanaix Group is a fast-growing, ambitious insurance agency based in Orlando, FL. We are building a powerful brand, expanding our client base, and recruiting top-performing agents nationwide. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer who is creative, proactive, and ready to make a real impact—on-site with our team.
This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who doesn’t just plan ideas but executes them and delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media: Create engaging, high-quality content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms; plan, film, edit, and publish short-form and long-form videos; take professional photos and videos; maintain a strong, consistent brand voice.
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management: Manage, launch, and optimize paid ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms; develop ad creatives, copy, targeting strategies, and funnels; monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI.
Email Marketing & Automation: Create and manage email marketing campaigns; write engaging email copy; build and optimize email automations and drip campaigns; track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions; align campaigns with social media, ads, and sales funnels.
Analytics, KPIs & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators; prepare performance reports with clear insights and recommendations; suggest data-driven actions to improve overall marketing results.
Lead Generation & Recruitment Marketing: Generate qualified leads for new insurance clients; create digital campaigns to recruit and attract new insurance agents; optimize messaging, landing pages, and funnels for higher conversions.
Web & Digital Presence: Assist with website updates, landing pages, and basic web development tasks; ensure marketing campaigns align across social media, ads, email, and web platforms.
Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Hands-on experience running paid ads (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google etc.).
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
Strong content creation skills (photo, video, editing, storytelling).
Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, etc.).
Ability to analyze KPIs, metrics, and campaign performance.
Basic understanding of websites, landing pages, funnels, and marketing automation.
Fluency in English required; speaking additional languages is a strong plus.
Self-motivated, creative, organized, and results-focused.
Bonus: Experience in insurance, finance, or service-based industries.
