We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to support the Product Owner on the ServiceNow ITSM POD.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced in documenting and refining user stories, and capable of operating in an agile environment.
This role requires strong collaboration skills and expertise in ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Product Owner in managing the ServiceNow ITSM POD.
Document and refine user stories to ensure clarity and completeness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, product, and technology.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and develop release plans.
Work with vendor partners and internal teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
Support backlog development and resolve blockers.
Communicate complex concepts effectively and influence stakeholders.
Drive innovation through an experimental mindset, encouraging learning and growth.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Product Analyst role within an agile (scrum) environment.
Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM.
Strong background in digital or eCommerce environments, including API or data feed experience.
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and SharePoint.
Experience leading agile teams and facilitating ceremonies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage teams toward solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with eCommerce APIs or data feeds.
Familiarity with vendor management and integration processes.
