About the Role We are seeking an upbeat, creative, and proactive Market Development Manager to join our Purification marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketer with a passion for bioprocessing, biotechnology, or CDMO markets to drive go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing campaigns for our global organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement global marketing plans to commercialize new purification products and promote existing portfolios.

Create and execute multi-channel campaigns (web, social media, email, events, webinars, sales enablement).

Coordinate with global and regional marketing teams to incorporate purification product priorities into broader marketing strategies.

Collaborate with digital marketing colleagues to maximize campaign performance and optimize results based on analytics.

Develop and manage engaging marketing content tailored to target audiences in biopharma, biotech, and CDMO sectors.

Measure and report on key marketing metrics; recommend and implement campaign optimizations based on data.

Foster cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external partners to achieve organizational sales and revenue goals.

Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field required; MBA preferred.

Experience in bioprocessing or life sciences marketing highly preferred.

Proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.

Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, communication channels, segmentation, value proposition development, and campaign ROI analysis.

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Strong project management abilities; thrives in a matrixed, global environment.

Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive team player.
