Channel Marketing Manager The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, developing, and managing channel partnerships, collaborations, and referral programs to drive business growth. This role focuses on building strong relationships with partner organizations, creating co‑marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies. The manager will report directly to the Director of Marketing and work closely with internal teams to maximize partner engagement and performance.

Owning and managing the growth of channel partners, partnerships, collaborations, and referrals:

Develop and implement channel partner programs to drive referrals and revenue growth.

Identify and establish partnerships with organizations aligned with business objectives.

Manage ongoing relationships with channel partners to ensure engagement and satisfaction via regular communication, events, and collaborations.

Create and execute co‑marketing campaigns with partners to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Track and analyze partner performance metrics to optimize partner strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partner initiatives.

Communication and collaboration within organization to share initiatives, goals, and efforts to drive channel success.

How success is measured in this role:

Partner Engagement: Growth in active partners, organizations, and participation in marketing programs.

Reporting & Revenue Impact: Contribution of channel marketing initiatives to overall sales and pipeline.

Campaign Performance: Lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI from partner campaigns.

Brand Consistency: Alignment of partner marketing materials with brand standards.

Program Adoption: Utilization of marketing resources, tools, and funds by partners.

Relationship Management: Partner satisfaction scores and retention rates.

Operational Efficiency: Timely execution of campaigns and accurate reporting.
