Ecommerce Marketplace Managers
to oversee and optimize performance across global e-commerce platforms, with a primary focus on
Amazon Seller Central (3P) . You’ll be joining a growing team managing operations in 10 European markets, Canada, and the U.S., with the opportunity to influence broader marketplace strategy across Target, Walmart, and additional platforms as we scale.
In this role, you’ll serve as a critical link between cross-functional teams, external partners, and marketplace representatives. You’ll be hands-on with the business — monitoring performance, managing listings, working with agency partners, and launching new campaigns or products. You'll report directly to the Director of Digital Channels.
Annual salary: $120,000–$130,000 plus 15%+ percent bonus (negotiable).
401k (fully vested) up to 3% match, then 0.5% up to 4%

Location:
Bellevue, WA. This position is onsite Monday-Thursday with an option to work-from-home on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight & Marketplace Expansion
Lead marketplace initiatives across international platforms, with an initial focus on Amazon (3P model).
Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage and expand into platforms like Target and Walmart as needed.
Align marketplace activities with company growth strategies and global expansion plans.
Daily Operations & Performance Monitoring
Monitor business health on Amazon, addressing listing suppressions, pricing issues, and performance metrics.
Manage internal and agency partnerships, allocating time across internal meetings (25%), external partners (25%), and business monitoring (50%).
Provide insights and reporting around traffic, conversion, sales trends, and forecasting.
Collaborate with peers in Bellevue (currently two Marketplace Managers) and contribute to a high-performing, detail-driven team.
Campaign & Content Execution
Launch and manage marketing and advertising campaigns across Amazon and other marketplaces.
Identify organic ranking opportunities, apply SEO best practices, and oversee listing optimization.
Own product and campaign rollouts from planning to execution in collaboration with digital and product teams.
Analytics & Problem Solving
Use analytics tools to surface trends, measure campaign success, and make data-informed decisions.
Troubleshoot common e-commerce issues, such as suppressed listings, content compliance, or traffic declines.
Forecast sales and help improve customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Qualifications:
5–7 years of experience in marketplace management, with
direct experience managing Amazon 3P
accounts.
Proven track record launching and optimizing successful advertising campaigns across e-commerce platforms.
Experience with SEO, organic ranking improvements, and listing management in Amazon Seller Central.
Demonstrated ability to provide strategic input and execute on performance-driven campaigns.
Experience working with external agencies, Amazon reps, or channel partners.
Analytical mindset and comfort using data to make business decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
