Creative, Digital & Marketing Recruiter at Creative Circle Our client, a design firm, is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled 3D Designer (with Revit experience) who excels in architectural visualization and conceptual design. This role requires someone who can lead projects conceptually-transforming ideas into stunning 3D renders and compelling visuals that communicate design intent clearly and effectively.
Location:
Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Schedule:
Contract, 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage Revit-based BIM models that accurately reflect design concepts.
Produce exceptional 3D renderings and conceptual visuals for presentations and client meetings.
Act as a concept artist, translating creative ideas into buildable, visually engaging outputs.
Collaborate closely with architects, design leads, and project managers to ensure alignment and consistency.
Present visualization materials and contribute to design discussions with stakeholders.
Introduce innovative visualization techniques to enhance storytelling and decision‑making.
Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with strong visualization skills.
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing high‑quality conceptual renderings and 3D visualization work.
Background in design, drafting, or related field (architectural license not required).
Strong communication skills and ability to lead conceptual phases of projects.
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of balancing technical modeling with creative artistry.
