Manager of Sales & Sponsorships Location:

Remote / Hybrid – with travel to live events as needed

SVP, Sales

Anthem Sports & Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Manager of Sales & Sponsorships to join our growing Sales & Partnerships team, with a primary concentration on TNA Wrestling and Invicta FC. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a strong passion for live sports, combat sports, and entertainment partnerships who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. The Manager will play a key role in driving new revenue through brand partnerships, supporting strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of sponsorship activations across live events, broadcast, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sponsorship sales efforts by identifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing new brand partnerships across multiple categories.

Actively manage and grow a pipeline of prospective partners, leveraging agency, brand, and industry relationships.

Collaborate on the development and execution of go‑to‑market sales strategies for TNA Wrestling and Invicta FC.

Lead the creation of customized sponsorship proposals, presentations, and post‑event recap reports using PowerPoint and Excel.

Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Creative, Digital, Production, and Live Events teams to ensure sponsor deliverables and activations are executed flawlessly.

Oversee coordination and execution of on‑site sponsorship activations, hospitality programs, and client servicing at live events.

Maintain accurate tracking of outreach, deal flow, contracts, and partner deliverables.

Contribute to strategic ideation sessions to develop innovative, integrated sponsorship concepts across live events, broadcast, and digital platforms.

Use Slack and internal communication tools to manage workflows, timelines, and interdepartmental updates.

Support ongoing partner relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and long‑term growth.

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or brand marketing (sports, entertainment, or media preferred).

Proven understanding of sponsorship marketing, integrated brand partnerships, and live event activations.

Strong sales acumen with experience pitching and closing deals.

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Slack required.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities and tight deadlines.

Willingness to travel to live events and support on‑site activation and client servicing.

Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions‑oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
