What a Sales Support Trainee Does Daily:
Interact directly with customers to explain Lumen products and services
Support sales presentations and assist with closing conversations
Help identify customer needs and recommend solutions
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
Shadow senior sales reps and managers during field activities
Assist with territory organization and client outreach
Participate in performance reviews and skill development sessions
