Trailhead Content Migration Specialist Job at Insight Global in San Francisco

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a talented Learning Content Converter/Creator to join our team and lead the standardization of content templates used across various learning materials. This role involves reviewing and standardizing templates for onboarding, success guides, and success managers, ensuring consistency across all content modalities. This person will also be expected to lead the migration of internal seller enablement content to format to the Trailhead platform and create net‑new modules. They will play a large role in producing internal enablement content and then standardizing it for input into Trailhead, Salesforce’s internal and external learning enablement platform. They will complete 28 total modules over six months detailing all 14 Cloud products Salesforce owns. This will provide context on each of the 14 industry clouds, detailing how the product works “under the hood”, how to implement it, hands‑on demo lab completion, and much more.

Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience with content migration projects, involving Trailhead (Salesforce Learning Dev. System) and Articulate.
• Ability to create net‑new content based on a provided framework (videos, slides, and source content) and convert pre‑existing content into standardized formatting.
• Strong understanding of content creation tools and platforms, particularly for slide decks and one‑pager materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
