You’ll start with an immersive training year in Atlanta before deploying to the vibrant San Francisco regional hub.
The Opportunity: IT Sales Development Program (18 Months)
This program is specifically designed to transform ambitious graduates into elite IT sales professionals. You’ll receive a balanced mix of technical knowledge, sales methodologies, and hands‑on experience, guided by a dedicated mentor and coach.
- Year 1 (Atlanta, GA): Comprehensive training focused on the company’s portfolio, core sales methodologies, and essential IT fundamentals.
- Year 2+ (San Francisco, CA): Move to your regional hub to apply your skills and continue your career progression (Sales Associate to Client Director is just one potential path!).
This client offers a robust package designed to support your development and reward your success:
- Salary & Earning Potential:
- Competitive base salary of $70,000 (with potential adjustment after 12 months based on your San Francisco hub).
- Excellent Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $80,000 (all commission/bonuses included).
- Relocation Support:
- $5,000 to assist with your move to Atlanta.
- $5,000 to assist with your deployment to the San Francisco hub after 12 months.
- Global Recognition: Attend the Sales Kick Off in Europe next January!

Please note: Successful applicants will be required to relocate to Atlanta, GA for one year of training before moving to the San Francisco regional hub to continue their employment.
