Job Title: Principal Product Designer/Product Designer [Multiple Roles]

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months

Overview:

We are seeking a total of 11 UX Product Designers to craft intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable designs while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile products
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the SDLC
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, accessibility, and UX best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7-10+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to present and defend design decisions with data and rationale

Nice to Have:

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML/CSS)
