Job Description Job Description HVAC Installer (Residential & Commercial) — Full-Time Ultra Air Solutions LLC (Lynn Haven, FL — serving within ~50 miles) is hiring an experienced HVAC Installer to handle residential and light commercial installs. If you take pride in clean installs, good communication, and doing the job right the first time, we want to talk. What you’ll do - Install and replace HVAC systems (split systems, package units, heat pumps, air handlers, ductwork as needed) - Perform start-ups, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting after install - Run refrigerant lines, set equipment, braze, pressure test, evacuate, and charge systems correctly - Install thermostats and basic controls - Follow code requirements and manufacturer specs - Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional - Communicate clearly with customers and the office on job status, needs, and issues - Complete job documentation (photos, notes, equipment info) What we’re looking for - 2 years HVAC install experience (residential required; commercial is a plus) - Strong understanding of: - airflow/duct basics - refrigerant charging best practices - electrical fundamentals (low/high voltage basics) - tools and safe work practices - Ability to work independently or as part of a small crew - Reliable transportation valid driver’s license - Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude Preferred (nice to have) - EPA 608 certification - Experience with ductless mini-splits - Ability to lead installs / train a helper - Familiarity with Florida code expectations (or willing to learn fast) Pay & perks (edit this section to match what you want) - Pay: $16 to $25 per hour (based on experience) - Schedule: Full-time (some overtime as needed) - Benefits: (add what applies: bonuses, paid holidays, PTO, tool allowance, company vehicle, etc.) - Growth: Opportunity to move into Lead Installer / Field Supervisor as we grow What success looks like in this role - Installs are clean, tight, and pass inspection - Callbacks are rare because the system is set up correctly the first time - Customers feel respected and informed - You show up on time, communicate, and take ownership of the job How to apply Reply with: - Your install experience (years types of systems) - Certifications (EPA, etc.) - Best phone number to reach you Or call/text: Email:
