The Role
Are you a natural when it comes to starting up conversations and getting a group of people pumped? Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help us provide the best possible experience for our customers. We need someone who will drive sales to maximize profits and lead our teams. Responsibilities
- Sales, motivating and connecting with customers to provide the best service
- Provide sales staff with constructive feedback and help solve customer problems
- Create positive customer relations and set the example
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized store
- Keep personal and productivity goals in mind throughout the day
- Ensure the store has a cool vibe and inclusive work environment
- Motivate the sales staff and create a healthy competition among the team
- Engage actively with customers and have fun!
About You
- 18+ years old
- Must have open availability during weekends
- Excellent sales skills and natural leadership with strong customer service abilities
- Fun, outgoing, confident, and engaging personality
- Passionate about the latest trends in fashion and shoes
- Driven and eager to succeed
- Natural ability to engage with people
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling athletic shoes is a plus
