Vaco Boston has partnered with our client to help find a Fulfillment Specialist to join its team. This position is onsite in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders including searches, document retrieval, preparation, filings, and recordings
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and agencies to resolve issues and meet deadlines
- Explain services, processes, and jurisdictional requirements clearly and accurately
- Make timely decisions to meet client expectations
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Assist with training on products, requirements, and internal systems
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with UCC, mortgage, lending, or commercial banking preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong data entry skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem‑solve effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
