Role Overview
Our client is seeking a versatile and hands‑on Marketing Contractor to support acquisition, engagement, and overall customer experience across client‑facing channels. This role is ideal for a resourceful marketer who understands B2B2C fundamentals, can think strategically across the funnel, and is comfortable executing day‑to‑day creative work—from writing on‑brand copy to producing light visual assets.
You’ll work cross‑functionally with product, technology, sales, and customer success teams to understand client channel needs, shape messaging, and support campaigns from concept through execution. This role plays a key part in activating channels to attract and convert new customers, nurture existing ones, and deepen long‑term engagement—all while driving CX excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Support acquisition and engagement initiatives across client channels
Develop clear, compelling on‑brand copy for campaigns, lifecycle communications, and sales enablement materials
Create and update light visual assets for new and existing creative using simple design tools
Partner cross‑functionally with product, technology, sales, and customer success to align messaging and execution
Support sales enablement efforts, including messaging and collateral development
Think holistically across the funnel to drive conversion, retention, and engagement
Contribute to lifecycle communications that nurture customers at key moments
Support messaging and positioning tests, using a test‑and‑learn mindset
Help identify and implement opportunities to improve the overall customer experience
Manage multiple workstreams effectively while meeting tight timelines

Skills & Experience
Basic copywriting skills with attention to clarity, tone, and brand alignment
Basic graphic design skills, using tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop
Understanding of marketing fundamentals, including funnels, acquisition, and engagement
Basic knowledge of brand awareness and positioning
Strong organizational and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently on tight timelines
Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams
Self‑starter mindset with a balance of creative thinking and analytical testing
