- Accurately pick customer orders using a handheld scanner or pick list.
- Locate products in various warehouse locations.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items carefully for shipment, ensuring proper protection.
- Transport picked items to the packing or shipping station.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock organization as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
- Ensure all required PPE is worn correctly at all times.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Must be comfortable working with technology, such as RF scanners.
- Prior warehouse or picking experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are crucial.
- Must be willing to wear assigned PPE, including safety vests and footwear.
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic warehouse setting.
