Your Role: Automotive Sales Representative
As an Automotive Sales Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor—guiding customers through a transparent, professional vehicle-buying experience. Your focus is not just selling vehicles but creating long-term relationships and earning customers for life.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and vehicle goals
Present vehicle features, model options, pricing, finance solutions, and dealership services clearly and professionally
Deliver a seamless customer experience from first contact to vehicle delivery
Maintain consistent follow-up with past and prospective customers
Track customer interactions using dealership CRM systems
Stay current on new products, features, and industry trends through ongoing training
What We’re Looking For
Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Solid organizational and time-management abilities
Self-motivated individuals comfortable working toward performance goals
Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
