What You'll Do Each Day: Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries Process cashier's checks, traveler's checks, and night drop deposits Provide in-person and telephone support with a courteous, customer-focused approach Open and close accounts, order checks, and fulfill special customer requests Accurately maintain and balance a cash drawer Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate banking products and services Follow all banking security, compliance, and confidentiality procedures Maintain accurate documentation and records Contribute to a positive, professional branch environment through teamwork and reliability What We're Looking For: 25 years of recent experience in a bank teller, cashier, or administrative role Strong cash-handling, general math, and attention-to-detail skills Excellent customer service and verbal communication abilities Working knowledge of financial software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Understanding of loan documentation, compliance regulations, and collateral requirements Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Professional appearance, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information Proven reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance U.S. citizen authorized to work in the United States This role is ideal for a seasoned customer service professional who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys building trust with customers through accurate, friendly service.
