Hourly Range: $16.70 - $25.05 Job Summary: The Clerical Specialist will provide clerical and administrative support to the Children's Disability programs of Birth to Three, CCOP, and CLTS within Children, Youth, and Family Services (CYFS). This position will assist with data collection and entry, gathering information from internal and external partners, as well as providing technical assistance and support to contracted agencies. The Clerical Specialist is also responsible for communication with staff, partners, and providers across all programs. Job Responsibilities: Provide customer services, address inquiries, and other essential duties. Monitor, review, sort, and handle program email and mailbox correspondence. Review and approve invoices and remittances. Assist with developing meeting agendas. Distribute agendas, take/distribute meeting notes and assist with leadership schedule. Support...
