You have: Experience using hand tools, such as screwdrivers, crimpers, and tape measures. Ability to read and interpret schematic drawings, work orders, and wiring diagrams (preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems. Willingness to learn and follow instructions; no previous experience required. Team player with a positive attitude. Regular attendance during scheduled shifts, with overtime as needed. What you will experience in this position: Assemble electrical or electronic systems and support structures. Adjust, repair, or replace component parts to ensure conformance to specifications. Read and interpret schematic drawings and work orders to determine material requirements and assembly instructions. Connect electrical wiring between components following wiring prints, specification sheets, and Bill of Material. Measure and cut wire to precise lengths. Mark and tag components for inventory tracking. Prepare finished products for shipping by packaging and performing touch-ups. Assist in loading products if required. Maintain tools in good working condition. Perform housekeeping duties to keep the work area clean and orderly. Follow safety protocols, including attending safety meetings, using protective equipment and adhering to quality standards.
