We are looking for a meticulous and organized Order Entry Clerk to join our team in Carrollton, Texas, on a contract with the potential for a permanent position. This role is ideal for someone who excels in coordinating shipments, managing stock, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery. Responsibilities: Prepare and process shipments for Amazon and other online marketplaces, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete. Create commercial invoices and dispatch paperwork for outgoing goods. Monitor inventory levels and sales performance on Amazon, working closely with the sales team to address stock needs. Coordinate with platform managers to align priorities and workflow. Partner with the warehouse team to facilitate packing and shipment preparation. Review stock and resolve any issues related to shipments. Place orders in the organizational system, process deliveries, and generate invoices. Obtain shipping quotes and arrange transportation for products. Communicate with trade customers to provide updates on their scheduled deliveries. Requirements: Proficiency in IT tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Capability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally. Familiarity with accounting and ERP systems, along with CRM platforms. Experience with billing functions, claim administration, and inbound call handling.
