Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a customer service representative to support sales operations by delivering exceptional customer care and sales support. This role involves managing customer expectations, processing orders via phone and email, and working extensively in Salesforce and SAP to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Providing responsive and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Entering and managing customer orders using SAP and Salesforce Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner Collaborating with sales and operations teams to support business growth Maintaining accurate records and documentation in CRM and ERP systems Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction during peak business seasons Qualifications: Experience with SAP or other ERP systems Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms Strong communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks Previous customer service experience preferred Employee value proposition: Career growth and rotational opportunities within customer service Competitive pay Hybrid work schedule for improved work-life balance Work environment: Initial 24 weeks of onsite training Hybrid schedule: Onsite Mon/Tues/Thurs, Remote Wed/Fri Job type and location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Delavan, WI.
