Position Overview

Call Center Customer Service Rep, Retention Specialist

Location: North San Diego

Pay Rate: $22/hr, if bilingual and fluent Spanish $23/hr, we also offer performance incentives

Hours: Mon - Friday 7 - 4:30pm with some flex

Durations: Temp to hire! We are trying to grow our team

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Retention Specialist to join their client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service and support.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from existing customers

Handle escalated customer concerns

Help customers use products and learn new features

Offer incentives to encourage repeat business

Respond to messages via email and chat

Help team members address customers

Process payments, returns, and refunds as needed

Qualifications

Education requirement is a High School Diploma or Equivalent

Over the phone customer service experience

Previous service experience handling escalated issues/ retention

CRM and strong technical skills to navigate software and document interations
