What you'll be doing as a Ticket Taker: Greet guests as they arrive at the venue Verify and scan tickets using electronic or manual methods Handle any ticket-related issues or discrepancies in a professional manner Ensure a smooth and orderly flow of guests entering the venue Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries Maintain clear verbal and written communication in English to ensure effective coordination with team members and supervisors Available shifts: Shift timings - All Available Job requirements: Ability to be flexible to work in other areas of the festival Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods Dress code strictly enforced, branch will provide details and requirements Background check required Ready to take control of the way you work?
