Activities Aide (Full-Time)
Dublin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, energetic Activities Aide to join our team! The Activities Aide plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by planning and assisting with engaging recreational, social, and therapeutic activities. Responsibilities:
Assist with planning, organizing, and leading daily group and one-on-one activities Encourage resident participation and promote socialization Support special events, holidays, and community outings Document resident participation and progress as required Transport residents to and from activities as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized activity environment Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to meet resident needs Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in long-term care or activities preferred (but not required) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment screening Why Join Dublin Post Acute?
