Concrete Finishers
for projects located in
Scottsdale, AZ . This is a first shift opportunity and the prevailing wage is

Job Scope
Concrete cutting, coring and drilling
Utilize specialized equipment such as core drills, diamond‑tipped bits and saws to cut precise holes and openings in concrete structures
Perform routine maintenance on coring equipment to ensure it operates efficiently and safely
Maintain accurate records of work performed including the location and dimensions of core holes, drilling depths and any unusual conditions encountered during coring operations
Conduct inspections to verify the accuracy and cleanliness of coring work
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during coring operations such as equipment malfunctions or unexpected challenges in the concrete structure
Requirements
Must have proven experience as a concrete coring technician or similar role in the construction industry
Knowledge of concrete cutting coring and drilling techniques
Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment used in concrete coring
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Strong attention to detail and precision in executing tasks
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Must have a valid driver's license
