This is a fully remote position where you’ll assist clients who have
already requested
information — no cold calls, no door knocking. Your role is to consult with individuals and families via video call, understand their needs, and recommend coverage options that offer long-term protection.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct virtual consultations with clients using Zoom or similar platforms
Educate members on available insurance options and benefits
Assist clients in completing digital applications and verifying eligibility
Provide ongoing service support and document client interactions
Collaborate with your team and engage in optional training opportunities
