Save Job

We are looking for a Senior Strategist to join our growing strategic services team. You can write a mean deck, weaving a cohesive story from start to finish. You're a "key" shaped strategist, not a T-shaped strategist, understanding that the job is to unlock answers to problems. So whether you are strongest in engagement, social, content, communications or brand, you understand the others and how they work together.

You are a curious thinker and strong communicator who loves solving problems through meaningful insights. You’re comfortable working cross-functionally and are energized by partnering with creative teams and account leads to help brands show up with clarity and relevance.

The role is remotely-based and open to applicants in the United States and Canada. Candidates must be able to work CST or EST hours. Preference for candidates in NY, NJ, PA due to client locations. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Partner with client service leads to develop a strong understanding of client business and communication needs

Support annual brand planning, including workshop prep, input gathering, tactical ideation, and slide development

Draft and refine creative briefs with guidance from strategy leadership

Collaborate on tactical / project briefs to ensure clarity of goals, audience, and strategy

Contribute to client primary research—including development of screeners and discussion guides; assist in insight synthesis and POVs

Conduct competitive assessments with medical strategy and creative teams; identify emerging trends and implications

Help maintain situational awareness of competitive pipelines, social media activity, and relevant therapeutic market dynamics

Curate and share inspiration and insights to fuel team creativity and strategic thinking

Present strategic recommendations and research takeaways to internal teams and clients with poise and clarity

Support strategic team operations as needed, including documentation, knowledge-management, and process refinement

Qualifications

5–7 years of healthcare/pharma marketing agency experience in strategy

Experience contributing to brand launches, tactical planning, and workshop delivery

Demonstrated ability to translate research and data into clear implications and strategic recommendations

Working knowledge of core strategy areas (brand, engagement/activation, communications, content, social); exposure to medcomms, payer, or media strategy a plus

Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information

Ability to communicate clearly in presentations, decks, and written narratives

Ability to foster collaboration and build strong cross-functional relationships

Pitch experience a plus

Comfort with ambiguity, curiosity, and willingness to learn and stretch

Ability to make the complicated simple and impactful

$105,000 - $150,000 a year

Our total compensation package includes base salary, discretionary bonus, health benefits, and access to retirement savings, with a match coming in 2026. Please note we pay everyone in local currency and benchmark rates in both the United States and Canada.

Not an agency* The layer-laden teams. The prehistoric processes. The impersonal, ego-driven dog-and-pony shows. Take what you think you know about agencies and burn it. P10 was born of the idea that if something isn’t working—or could work better—change it. And that’s exactly what we did. We know that what we’re not makes us who we are. And we’re not just another agency. We are people driven by a palpable passion and purpose, felt by our clients from the very first conversation.
