Key Responsibilities
Manage and ensure the high availability and performance of IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems critical for manufacturing operations.
Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, workstations, and cybersecurity defenses across production facilities.
Lead the implementation and maintenance of manufacturing-specific applications (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA, CMMS).
Provide technical support and incident management for IT and OT issues affecting production lines.

Manage IT projects from conception to completion, including budget, scope, and timeline adherence.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance for manufacturing data, intellectual property, and operational processes.
Recommended Qualifications
Experience managing IT infrastructure and applications in a manufacturing environment, including ERP, MES, and OT systems.
Proven leadership in IT project management, team development, and budget oversight.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, network architecture, and data management best practices.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IoT, and automation technologies relevant to manufacturing operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, bridging IT with operational teams.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or PLC integration.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts (e.g., IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing, digital twins).
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
