Autism Center of Excellence is strengthening our clinical team in Colonial Heights and adding opportunities for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) at multiple experience levels. This role offers a supportive environment, structured clinical systems, and clear pathways for advancement — including senior-level and leadership-track opportunities.
We welcome both early-career and experienced BCBAs.

Compensation:
$85,000–$125,000 per year
BCBA:
$85,000–$105,000
Senior BCBA:
$105,000–$125,000
(Ranges include base pay + performance incentives.)

What You’ll Do: Clinical Responsibilities
Conduct assessments, treatment plans, and program updates
Review data trends and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes
Provide direct clinical support and case oversight
Mentor and support RBTs, BTs, and clinical team members
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and training
Senior-level clinicians may assist with onboarding, mentoring, and quality initiatives
Family Support
Communicate progress and treatment recommendations
Support generalization and caregiver involvement
Clinic Collaboration
Partner with leadership to maintain consistent clinic operations
Contribute to workflow, scheduling, and quality improvements
Qualifications Required
Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Eligible for or holding Virginia LBA
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Preferred
3+ years BCBA experience (ideal for senior-level roles)
Experience supervising clinical staff in a clinic-based ABA setting
