Job Summary
Full-time opportunity for an Athletic Trainer to support athletes in an outpatient and community-based setting. This role focuses on injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and education while working closely with athletes, coaches, and healthcare professionals. Provide athletic training services at schools and community events. Develop and implement injury prevention programs for athletes. Assess injuries and create appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plans. Educate athletes and coaches on injury prevention, recovery techniques, and overall wellness. Maintain detailed documentation of injuries, treatments, and progress. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care. Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Athletic Trainer program. Certification from the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) Board of Certification. Active or eligible state licensure as an Athletic Trainer. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Prior experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
