ROOFING SERVICE FOREPERSON

Roofing Service Foreperson .
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose roof leaks and perform appropriate repairs on all types of roofs.
Handle small repair jobs and roof maintenance.
Job Qualifications
Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit., & metal roof repairs.
Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Valid state driver’s license (in good standing).
Must pass pre‑employment drug test.
Service helper experience preferred, but not required.
SERVICE LABORERS Job Qualifications
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 ft.
Able to work within a team environment.
At least 18 years of age or older.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Have reliable transportation.
Must pass a pre‑employment drug test.
Roofing knowledge preferred, but not required.
