Assembly Production Operator We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Assembly Production Operator

to join our dynamic team. As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in operating assembly and production machinery and managing the flow of products in a fast‑paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates with attention to detail and a desire to work in a hands‑on, team‑oriented setting.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Operating and monitoring production machinery to meet daily production targets

Replenishing stock on the production line to ensure a continuous workflow

Loading and unloading materials, often using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts

Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

Using a PC or production terminal to update inventory records and maintain detailed logs of production activity

Labeling products correctly for storage or shipment

Following safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with all operational protocols

Collaborating with team members to achieve department and company goals

Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles

Identifying and reporting any defects, malfunctions, or potential hazards to supervisors

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications, with an expected hourly wage of

$17.00 - $18.50 .

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior experience in a production, assembly, or similar manufacturing role preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs

Basic computer skills to record production data accurately

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Available hours include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, including overtime as needed

Familiarity with safety standards and willingness to follow all workplace safety protocols
