Branch Customer Service Rep - Charleston

Role Overview As the face of our branch, you greet customers, provide membership, travel, and insurance products, manage cashiering, resolve complaints, assist sales staff, conduct outbound calls, and support office events to generate revenue.
Responsibilities
Provide sales and support services to members, greeting, servicing, selling membership, travel products, and banking.
Generate leads and provide travel and insurance specials.
Respond to customer inquiries and refer to senior staff when appropriate.
Process payments, cash drawer balance, remittance transfers.
Resolve member/customer complaints with management assistance.
Provide administrative support to sales staff.
Conduct outbound promotional calls.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Customer focused experience, timely solutions, Microsoft Office, personal responsibility, multi-tasking.
Passion for working with people, mathematical calculations, effective communication, teamwork.
Work under pressure, high volume, irregular hours incl. holidays, weekends.
