Sales Trainer
who is not only an exceptional closer but also a strategic, analytical thinker with the heart of a coach. This role is about building sales champions—and you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of our company’s success.
What You’ll Do:
Train, coach, and mentor
our sales team to consistently hit and exceed performance goals
Use
data and metrics
to drive strategy, identify trends, and tailor coaching to individual needs
Design and implement
training programs, playbooks, and live roleplays
that stick and scale
Partner with leadership to develop compensation plans, KPIs, and pipeline strategies
Be in the trenches—reviewing calls, joining ride-alongs, and providing real-time feedback
Track and report progress with a
relentless focus on revenue, conversion rates, and close ratios
Who You Are:
A
highly experienced sales professional
with 5+ years of success in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Analytical by nature —you make decisions based on metrics, not hunches
A natural-born
coach and communicator , skilled at inspiring and holding others accountable
You’ve got a
track record of building top-tier sales teams
that consistently outperform
Bonus points if you have experience in
home services, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical sales
