Role Description This is a part‑time remote role for a Global Account Manager at HelmsBriscoe. The Global Account Manager must reside in Alabama, Tennessee, or Georgia. Their role involves matching clients’ program needs with suitable hotels or resorts, managing the entire booking process from start to finish, and negotiating favorable rates and concessions. Associates are independent contractors and are compensated through commission, not a salary. The Global Account Manager will be responsible for identifying their own personal business opportunities and for maintaining relationships with venues and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in event planning and management
Knowledge of the hospitality industry
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficiency in customer relationship management systems
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
Experience in global account management is a plus
