Job Summary

CSA Group has an opportunity for a New Account Manager who will serve as the primary customer contact in developing new accounts within the HVAC industry. The New Account Manager works with Marketing to identify prospects and nurture leads to win business from companies that do not currently work with CSA Group. Fills the pipeline by using company research tools, defining value for prospects, prioritizing leads, and developing prospecting call plans. Builds customer profiles and call plans that address why prospects are not currently using CSA to best address yellow lights and articulate CSA’s value proposition to win their business. Responsibilities

Establishes new account relationships to meet personal sales targets, emphasizing the entire value chain of CSA Group services available. Independently prospect for new customers within assigned territory using various lead generation and direct solicitation methods. Set annual targets for prospecting, quoting, and sales. Re-engage former CSA Group customers who have transitioned to other agencies. Prepare written cost proposals for services in collaboration with Technical Specialists and Operations staff. Participate in associations and outside organizations deemed appropriate by management. Establish and maintain a contact list based on experience, utilization, reputation, influence, and personal judgment, including supplied contacts and self-developed relationships. Provide periodic written reports on calls, customer contact, proposals, quotes, expenses, travel, and tradeshow activities; provide oral presentations as required. Evaluate industry reports and territory databases to develop territory analysis and inform management. Education And Experience

Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of sales experience or equivalent industry experience. Prior experience with sales CRM tracking software is a plus. Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals. Proven experience dealing with large organizations at senior levels. Skills

Create clear, effective, professional written communications and presentations. Ability to create, prepare, and execute complex business strategies while organizing multiple projects and responsibilities. Organized and independent. Ability to maintain confidentiality in previous positions. Strong initiative and ability to develop new customer contacts. Maintain positive internal and external relationships to exchange, explain, and interpret information and follow up on client requests. Strong organization and time management skills. Creativity and project management skills to plan projects, events, and conferences. High initiative and motivation to meet or exceed targeted goals with minimal supervision. Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM applications. Ability to prepare cost proposals promptly to meet customers’ needs.
