As the Vice President of Private Label Sales at NYC Alliance Company LLC, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of our private label sales initiatives. In this integral role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with key accounts. You will oversee the sales team, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our private label offerings exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve overall revenue targets for private label products
Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners to enhance brand visibility and drive sales
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with product development, marketing, and production teams to ensure alignment on product assortments and launches
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to executive leadership
Drive innovative sales strategies that optimize the customer experience and increase sales effectiveness
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our private label sales strategy
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on private label
Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a vast network of industry contacts
Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
