The Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day activities on a client brand, building strong client relationships, and working with the Account team to drive planning and execution of Commercial patient and ambassador deliverables.
What You’ll Do
Assist in determining deliverables, timing, and budget.
Assist with kickoffs and internal and external status meetings.
Assist with detailed project briefs for all new projects.
Reviews and signs off at each phase of project routing and ensures that all team members follow agency process.
Ensure that clients are informed of project status at all stages and manages expectations.
Assist in the development of the scope of work (descriptions, assumptions, estimates).
Collaborate with the necessary internal and external resources and when necessary, works with the team to secure additional resources.
Assist in monitoring timeline and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
Work with the SVP to obtain necessary client feedback and approvals.
Ensure that all projects are uploaded for client medical/legal review.
Attend all client medical/legal reviews.
Ensure that all projects meet the client’s expectations and are delivered on time and on budget.
Requirements
1-2 years pharmaceutical advertising agency experience
Excellent people management skills
Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop a wide range of ideas and solutions
Demonstrate confidence, authority, and diplomacy
Experience in Veeva or other client MLR and Ziflow (or other digital routing) platforms are a plus
Commercial Patient experience is a plus
