Neuvys Technologies, LLC Sales Operations Specialist Remote·Full time Company website Apply for Sales Operations Specialist We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Operations Specialist to support our fast-paced sales team. You’ll work directly with our Account Managers, Pre-Sales Engineers, and backend Operations Team to help manage and provide day-to-day support of all quoting and order management activities. Description Key Responsibilities

Submit deal registrations with our OEM partners

Request quotes from our distribution partners

Prepare quotes and assist with customer proposals

Assist Account Managers and Pre-Sales Engineers to determine pricing, gather product datasheets and other documentation for customer proposals

Communicate with end customers as needed

Order Coordination

Create and submit purchase orders to distribution partners and vendors, track orders, and ensure delivery of goods

Maintain internal records of order status and delivery timelines

Track support renewal dates for hardware and software contracts

Help maintain vendor relationships, including maintaining OEM authorizations and training certifications

Operational Support

Help ensure compliance with internal procedures and external vendor requirements

Perform general administrative tasks to keep overall sales operations running smoothly Other duties as needed

Qualifications

2-5 years of sales operations or inside sales required

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Must possess a team-player mentality

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in QuoteWerks (or other quoting platform), Salesforce (or other CRM) and QuickBooks Online (or similar accounting platform)

Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-moving, remote team environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

A desire to grow your career in the technology space

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
