Job Summary The Account Coordinator will play a key role in the day‑to‑day support of Suretegrity. Primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, facilitating bond renewals, addressing system performance concerns, assisting with carrier billing issues, and producing reports.
Responsibilities
Prioritize workload with an emphasis on customer service.
Provide professional, timely, and accurate output to customers and team members.
Process payments and deliver accurate bond documents.
Review bond form language to ensure accurate renewal documents are generated.
Work to retain renewal business by sending out reminders prior to system cancellation.
Request and maintain all necessary renewal underwriting as directed by the carrier.
Facilitate a team environment that promotes collaboration and trusted partnerships.
Assist with production reports, bond form maintenance, and other projects as needed.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize workload.
Self‑motivated with effective time management skills.
Able to grasp new concepts quickly.
Education and Experience Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
A minimum of 2 years' experience within a business‑related setting.
Ability to obtain FL 4‑40 Property & Casualty customer service license within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
College degree.
A minimum of 2 years' experience within the surety industry.
Active FL 4‑40 Property & Casualty customer representative license.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on‑site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnership.
